2025Helmut Dinkel and Carina Hellberg will be the new landlords of the Röslein from 1 January 2025 and will continue the tradition of the Bratwurst Röslein.

2013The Förster family (with Michael and Luise, Thomas and Carmen) are the new landlords of the Röslein from 1 January 2013 and continue the tradition to this day.

2006575th birthdayTogether with our guests, we celebrate the 10th anniversary and the 575th birthday of the Bratwurst Röslein in August and September.

2003The main room is completely modernised in October and appears in a new light after a short renovation phase.

2001570th birthdayThe Bratwurst Röslein celebrates its 570th birthday.

1996The Bratwurst Röslein reopens on 12 August after a year of planning and renovation.

1945The historic building was totally destroyed by bombing on 2 January 1945. After the end of the war, the Bratwurst Röslein was successfully continued by Mr and Mrs Köhnlein in a makeshift establishment.

1929Andreas and Maria Köhnlein take over the pub from Konrad Gröschl with the right to draw half a bucket of water per hour from the municipal water tower at the Nägeleinsmühle.

1831Johann Adam Raab sells the pub to Gustav Keller for 12500 guilders. 
 The ‘Zu den drei Röslein’ pub has existed since this time.

bis 1600Well-known regulars include Albrecht Dürer, Hans Sachs, Adam Kraft, Peter Vischer and Willibald Pirkheimer.

um 1480First mention of the old Nuremberg roast meat kitchen ‘Zu den drei Rosen’.

1431The ‘Waizenstüblein’ beer tavern is first mentioned in old house letters. It is later integrated into the Bratwurst Röslein.

1332-1340The large town hall with town hall hall was built on Burgstraße. The square on which the ‘Gänsemännchenbrunnen’ fountain stands was called the ‘Salzmarkt’.

1140-1150King Konrad III founds the Egidien Monastery. The area around today’s Rathausplatz was settled. 
- 
1040-1050King Henry builds an imperial castle on the ‘Nourinberge’ and founds a market town.
